How to purchase an item:
It's as simple as choosing which mineral or fossil specimen(s) you are interested in purchasing and then doing the following:
1. Write down the mineral or fossil name and 4 digit code found at the top of the description.
2. Either contact by e-mail, fax, or phone notifying us of the items you want.
3. The availability of the items indicated will then be confirmed and a total cost including shipping and handling will be agreed upon and the order completed.
4. Indiana residents' purchases will include an additional 7% charge for Indiana sales tax.
Payment methods:
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, money orders & checks (made payable to: "Earth’s Art" and sent to the address below). Items will ship once the payment is processed.

Shipping costs explained:
Earth’s Art is committed to getting your mineral and/or fossil to you safely and in its original condition. All packages are packed with care and sent via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail. Cost for shipping is based on package weight and insurance (all packages are automatically insured for the full value) and a small handling charge to cover time, packaging and transport to the post office (currently $2.00 per package). Larger specimens or bulk orders may incur an additional charge this will be discussed prior to purchase.
Returning an item:
If you find it necessary to return a specimen or specimens we require that you notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will give you a code number once we confirm the return to write on the outside of the package. Do not return any item prior to us giving you a return code or you will forfeit your right of return. We must receive the returned package within 10 days of giving you the return code. The specimen(s) must be repackaged exactly in the same manner that it (they) were shipped to you and insured for the full amount. Save the original packing until you are satisfied with the specimen. This makes returns much easier. Once we receive the return and confirm it is undamaged and the specimen in question we will refund the full amount of the cost minus shipping and any credit card processing fees if applicable.
Wholesale Customers:
We wholesale any item listed on the web site. To receive our wholesale pricing we must have a copy of your valid state business license. This can be sent hard copy, e-mailed or faxed to us. Once we receive this information we will e-mail you our wholesale pricing and list.
